i know what you mean, but you have to see age is a barrier, i do not know if you are native or not but i can challenge you to write to him in French via the google translate, let us see if he understands it, i know is easy to ask learn my language but another to Speak a foreign language.Your English is 90% correct and everyone can understand it. No problem
Other members whose English is around your level include Deino (95% correct), Henrik (90%), Jura (85%), J-16B MRF (95%), and Yvrch (90%). These are all users whose English are slightly glitchy but, as a whole, are perfectly understandable.
Google Translate's English is ~80% correct and reading it requires concentration but it's OK for the most part. For example, whenever I read Henri Kehnman's posts, I just Google Translate the whole page from French to English and I'm able to understand everything easily.
Forbin's "English" is ~50% correct and trying to decipher it makes my head explode.
Forbin's English is not easily understandable. Oftentimes, it's not understandable at all. And I would highly appreciate it if he just typed what he wants to say in French and then used Google Translate and pasted whatever Google Translate came up with into SDF. That way, he can increase his effective English level from the current ~50% up to Google's 80% with little effort.
I'm not expecting him to magically start speaking English as fluently as a native speaker. I just want him to spend the bare minimum of effort as an act of courtesy to the rest of the forum and use Google Translate.
In my opinion the word Propaganda is not bad, it does happen, it is a reality of life, all governments practice it, even companies do it.I think @FORBIN 's English is mostly comprehensible, albeit with some grammatical errors. To be fair though, I'm a native English speaker and can understand this stuff pretty well. A friendly tip to @FORBIN, please stop throwing around the word "propaganda". Just because it is a Chinese source that praises their technological achievements or holds the Chinese military in high regard (which you might not agree with) does not mean it's "propaganda". This word has a negative connotation in the English language and basically equates to flame bait when it comes to forums. Otherwise, @FORBIN 's command of the English language is adequate ... no need to criticize him too hard.

Indeed. I have visited France twice for many weeks, using google translation was good enough. Actually to be fair, google translation is very good (accurate) in translating among major European languages, I have tried Spanish, English, German, Swedish, Danish etc. It is only useless when translating between European and Asian languages or among Chinese, Japanese and Korean (grammatically unrelated).I am talking to @FORBIN, so obviously French to English ... which is almost perfect result
