And you can tell that the camp is chinese from the map because.... what? Is this another indian logic? Even the original poster doesn't make such a claim that it is chinese. Go watch today's video, it's proven beyond doubt that the camp is indian.
The tent is Chinese because it's made in china lol. India don't know how to make tents yet, so they import it from USA which is imported from China, see everyone wins.

Chen Hongjun fought to the death to avoid getting captured. “Brave hearts” broke all ten of his fingers. 18 year old Chen Xiangrong died shielding him with his own body.
Looks like China should seek investigation into war crimes by India. First for supporting terrorism as kakyan just said. Second for torturing peaceful negotiators.

Like guys please just watch the video. Don't let the lies being propagated by india and its people continue. India DID set up a camp in pp14. India DID start the clash. End of story. Satellite images are a weak evidence in contrast to an actual video from the site.
Wanted to raise that. Almost every small change in pile of rocks in that region is attributed to the Chinese. I've wondered how and just discarded inquiring further on how they determine it.

Knowing that it could very well be Indian changes little though, in the long run.

They told you the exact answer. They didn't want to embarrass India that an ambush with a massive amount of soldiers resulted in a death ratio of 4 to 20. To me, that's terrible for China but most people will just look at numbers. And it's actually embarrassing for China too because people who know India's combat competency will think, "You actually had casualties fighting India? They usually just kill themselves..." I'm embarrassed for sure. 4 to 20 against Indians like saying you and your 3 friends went quail-hunting and bagged 20 before they somehow got together and ambushed your party!

Nothing to be embarrassed about.

The small Chinese group went to parlay with the Indians, who instead attacked them with a force many times their number. The PLA soldiers did a 300 and held off the Indian horde long enough for reinforcements to arrive, at which point it was like the Rohirrim charge at Helm's Deep.

As in 1962, the Indians abandoned their wounded who were treated well as captives by the Chinese. Once again China returned them, along with their weapons, after they recovered.

If it were up to me I would’ve kept the weapons and forged a monument in honor of the PLA fallen.

Honestly, still doesn't feel right. Feels like the food chain has been upset. Indians don't inflict casualties on China just like no matter what happens, a bunch of rats don't get together and eat a lion.

Hey @twineedle , going back to your claim earlier
It was China that tried to forcefully occupy that by building infrastructure that is permanent in nature to try and gain an advantage over India in the region, but was forced to withdraw.
Seems like it does happened, but vise versa. Instead of PLA 'being forced out of the finger area', it is india and its pathetic attempt of intrusion in pp14 that are pushed back by the heroic PLA. That camp that you claim to be chinese from mere satellite picture? Yeah actually it's indian's, as shown in the video. Case closed.

Every single thing the Indian media has stated has been projection:

1. They claimed colonel Babu and friends were unarmed but Chinese video shows them to be heavily armed, most brandishing metal rods and some with riot shields. Commander Qi and his contingent of negotiators didn’t even have HELMETs

2. They claim Colonel Babu was outnumbered, but in fact it was the Chinese negotiators who were outnumbered, at least 15 to 20 to one.

3. They claimed that China ambushed them when it is obvious that initially the Indians had massive numeric advantage and attacked Commander Qi first.

All civilized nations follow the basic tenet of safe passage for negotiators. Even Hitler and Imperial Japan followed this! The last famous country to violate this was the Kwarazimian Empire. You can look up what happened to them.

I never believed anything they said from the beginning. I pretty much guessed this because from the bout with Pakistan, I saw first hand how insanely and comically dishonest Indians were and India's just not enough of a competitor for China to be getting nasty with them so I knew they started this and they did so from a position in which they thought they could get away with it.
