You must be nuts if you think they are going to use a full HE payload in a ground located in the middle of central New Delhi.
I don't think you understand what a weapons demonstration is supposed to look like. Take this video as an example: How China demonstrates a CH4 drone firing missiles at fixed and moving targets in 2016:
This is how they've done it:
1) Its done in a remote area far from any populated areas. Safety first!
2) No warhead on the missile, so no boom. But the missile hits the target. In many weapons demonstrations, its all that matters.
3) Most importantly, everything is real. No fake explosions or any mumbo-jumbo talk.
This Indian drone warfare demonstration is just so wrong:
1) Its done in the middle of central New Delhi.
2) Can't use HE. But things must still go boom! So use pyrotechnics to create fake explosions!
3) Worse of all, it just announced to the whole world that India knows nuts about drone warfare! I mean just look at that, its so fake!
That was supposed to showcase India's capabilities in futuristic drone warfare. Instead, it looks more like some kinda backyard science project than an actual military demonstration. What the hell was that? LOL!
