Wait, are you being serious?

Oh right, this is China we're talking about. Maybe we shouldn't rule out live human subjects so quickly...

That's low even by your own standards. You really ought to get this 1984 orwellian China out of your system once and for all! Come back to the 21st century. Believe me, it'll be good for you.

What's wrong with using a human test subject? Eventually you'll need to try it out on a person since you want to make sure that your product is safe for people.

Ejection puts massive strain on the human body. Pilots who have done it have reporting loosing an inch in height from the extreme g-Force compression.

Even when the ejection seat works perfectly, it’s not something you would remotely enjoy, nor is it advisable to put a person through such a process repeatedly.

With modern sensors and medical knowledge, it should be possible to verify that the ejection seat works without needing to put people through so much stress and discomfort.

now this is what I would call a very sensible way to answer a question, stating the fact without offending anyone.

I am sure that they have conducted live trials with people to show that it is safe and functional, but that is most likely at the end trials AFTER they iron out most of the kinks and ensured that the seat did not rip off the head of the last test dummy.

You're very welcome, then we could get into composites, lol.

Hi,

This is just one of the articles I have read---.

To me it looks like that for a country like Pakistan---for JF17---the aluminum skin may be the best bet for the aircraft.

There are a lots of " other factors " involved with composite materials that you dont have to worry about with aluminum.
