Found it quite interesting.
The pilot pointed out multiple JF-17's strengths and weaknesses and compared it to F-16 in multiple instances.
Also suggests JF-17 is getting PL-10 integration?

No. There is debate regarding whether hushkit actually interviewed a PAF pilot or fabricated the interview from open source info.

The hushkit article reported that the JF-17 is using Indra ECM and ASEL targeting pods. Why is the PAF not using Chinese pods since the radar is Chinese?

KLJ-7 radar plus Indra radar warning receiver plus Self-Protection Jamming, ASEL targeting Pod equals a very potent system.

Probably because the targeting pods China's willing to export are not as capable as aselpod, which is a system developed much more recently and fairly top of the line for the Turkish aerospace industry.

I wouldn't be surprised if some economies of scale also play a role. The most prevalent targeting pod in PLA use is the K/JDC01 and its A derivative, however this system has been in service for well over a decade from memory and is likely not as competitive as Aselpod.

There are hints that the PLA may be looking at a new targeting pod for use with J-16s but chances are it has yet to be purchased in large numbers. Whereas Aselpod is already achieving some economy of scale with Turkish purchases.

My considered opinion is that this is a controlled mis-information leak from PAF.

No. There is debate regarding whether hushkit actually interviewed a PAF pilot or fabricated the interview from open source info.

Probably not a fabrication, since there is a picture of a (the?) pilot holding hand-printed Hushkit sign in JF-17. Also, Hushkit's blog is considered credible and I doubt he would fabricate something like this.
