So JF-17 for export buil by Pakistan, China or both ?

Both, the aircraft is a joint development between the two countries, hence both make it. Since PAC is pursuing full rate production of the aircraft, it is safe to assume that a significant part of the aircraft was built by PAC. Whatever the case maybe, the sale of JF-17 Thunder enhances the prospects of the aircraft further development and sales.

All procurement, production and delivery of finished product is managed through a production cycle. All major manufacturers operate this way. Delivery cycle is based on the capacity of the manufacturer and their order's log-book.

Pakistan had ordered 18 Block-52 F-16 C/Ds back in 2006. These aircraft were delivered in 2010, close to four years after ordering the aircraft. This is how manufacturers operate, as their order log-book swells with sales. And that's how Myanmar, Nigeria, Azerbaijan and all other future customers will be delivered their JF-17 Thunders.

What is the credibility of @PakDefenceCMD ? I have never come across this account and I think it might be one of the known posters on PDF trying their luck in the wild.

It could also be someone with some insider info, and we just have to wait to assess their credibility over time.
