Second customer would be Pakistan Navy for an estimated 30 JF-17 Thunder Block-II/III Units.

Bro the numbers for PN has been increased to 40. 2 SQ, one will based on masroor base & second will be based on upcoming PN jiwani base.
Why second customer ?? Even if nice, we should not overenthusiastically make wrong conclusions: Pakistan is Pakistan and as such for the same Country. The J-10 is also only operated by China even if both the PLANAF and PLAAF both operates it.
Anyway I would like to learn more about who are the other potential customers ... and not just rumours.

Well to be honest the newpaper which reported the news was Dunya outlet the same newpaper that reported it as a 5th generation fighter, seriously?? we have heard nothing concrete
In addition this would mean the Navy is forming a independent fighter squadron very highly unlikely
JF-17 naval version will be deployed no question about it but from the PAF, so you can say at most PAF will have maybe 1-2 squadron of naval JF-17 as in naval equipped like C-802 etc
