may i ask how old is he and what type of big c does he have?? i have a really bad case of health anxiety especially carcinophobia so can you please tell me thanks a lot.
He was born in Jun 1956, so he is 65 years old now. He had sacral chordoma (spine cancer) which has an average life expectancy of 10 years, with 10 year survival between 40-60%, which is one of the lesser deadly cancers out there (prostate cancer is probably the least). Not a big cancer like pancreatic or lung cancer.

He was diagnosed in 2009 and the fact that he lived over 12 years means he did above average as far as prognosis is concerned. He even gave up updating his cancer blog in 2017, and hasn't made any updates since then despite being alive into 2021.

Btw, as Terran-Empire mentioned, he was last seen on forum in April 26, 2021 (forum profile) .. So I don't think he died in Mar 2021 ....unless his family member can access his Super Mod account....which should be deactivated if confirmed he died.

I To be honest he came from a deeply religious background that only sees the world through the "eyes of the lord" and nothing else. That only America has the sole power to uphold world peace by any means necessary..."because god put them there." No he's not a bad man, in fact he is a really nice guy.
I don't know much about deep philosophy or religion even if I grew up a Christian. But I doubt the Bible explicitly puts forth the notion that US is the sole moral authority in the universe. In fact I think Bible says men are not infallible, and all have sinned. Only God is the supreme being in the universe. I have met some good genuine Christians in US when I was there but I'm concerned about the deep conservative evangelical movement especially in the Bible belt.

Sorry for off topic. I don't know Jeff personally, I wish him well unless of course he is actively seeking the destruction of China.

Yes, but he sure doesn't want to see Taiwan and the PRC united under communism that's for sure. The conservative evangelicals use "God" and biblical texts to justify for their prejudice against "non believers". That's why the Jim Crow laws back before the civil rights movement became so prevalent throughout the South where all the evangelicals are at.
