For me no doubt they are loaded as bear
30 weapons and especialy very good sonar with US electronic systems as use Australia with Collins and futur classe these US systems are know for be the best for get a fire solution.Also deep diving only SSK which can compete with the best SSNs ( last US/UK and last Sov/Russians classes) max 500 m some say 600 m as the best Russians and Sea Wolf.
Even if the Yuan is good the Soryu is sure better, also different.
