I have done some lighting adjustment on the photo, the canted tails can be seen more clrearer.
Why bother make blur/low resolution photo of the J-20 while a huge bunch of clear/high resolution photos are available on the web? The nose looks a little bit too round and the canted vertical tail wings are too large to be J-20. What does this indicate? Another type of aircraft?

This should settle the question. It appears the aircraft has the full avionics package.
