I know this is PS but does it look nice?

Yes, but I liked the one the other day in the daylight, I've wondered what it would look like white. My Dad nearly had a cow when they started painting C-130s camo, but he had flown the Combat Talon I which was all black, with no markings, flat black radar absorbing paint, I think the paint weighed 430lbs. He wasn't impressed, I love polished aluminum myself or titanium. Cool name steelbird, but I don't know that a steel bird would fly?

There have been several steel aircraft. Think of the Conestoga for example:

Unfortunately it was too heavy.

What are blue and red arrows?

On some forum people say red arrow is like F35 EODAS...

Frankly, from hmmwv's closer look, I'd say the red arrow is just a small ram air inlet to cool or maybe pressurize a system. The blue one could be an MAWS or just some kind of radar altimeter / doppler radar. And the thing next to that looks like an IFF / nav antenna.

Red should be an exhaust port for the engine starter. Not sure what blue is.

Maybe it has an independent starter for each engine.

But also there seems to be two similar looking structure on the side of the belly.

red arrow certainly not EODAS, not APU because we saw a single (only one flame) starboard APU in a video
maybe some air bleed vent for engine, engine related for sure

blue arrow more likely electronics, hexagon shaped with some glass/plastic
