Not quite, but with moving LERX / Chines. (basically blending the canard into the wing-root and fuselage)
I'd remove the ventral fins and stape the LERX a bit -- they're too round for my taste at the moment.
I think the canards are there for a reason, and while Levcons can take some of the canards roles, as a poster whose name i forget, once said -- TVC can't take the place of control surfaces, just like how moving LERX can't take the place of canards.
I suspect without canards much of the J-20s manouverability will go with it. A clean delta, or if it had LERX would be more of a FB-22, which the current J-20 seems to be rather close to at the moment anyway.
