@latenlazy Yes sir, I second the motion, @sunnymaxi bro you're bad , you left us hanging...lolWhat can you tell us about the WS-15.

So as of 2018, WS-15 as a design has been modified I understand. It is interesting the comparison you make about 5Gen+ thrusters and beyond. Is this version Ws-15 upgrade) at the same level or higher than the F135-PW-100 Upgrade (+128/+191 kN) and the Russian Izd.30? Interesting platform of use.
F135 is F119 with a bigger fan for lower speed but longer range. It is a variant of F119 sacrificing high speed performance to improve lowe speed thrust and fuel efficiency. The proper comparison is F119.So as of 2018, WS-15 as a design has been modified I understand. It is interesting the comparison you make about 5Gen+ thrusters and beyond. F-119 in a lot of way is more like a turbojet than turbofan… the fuel consumption is not satisfied at all for j-20, especially j-20 is required for a much larger rangeF135 is F119 with a bigger fan for lower speed but longer range. Did u mean smaller bypass ratio? There is no way the WS-15 has a higher bypass ratio than F135F-119 in a lot of way is more like a turbojet than turbofan… the fuel consumption is not satisfied at all for j-20, especially j-20 is required for a much larger range
I therefore honestly think ws-15 will be more like a f-135 with bigger bypass ratio but not to that extreme though, still with sufficient supersonic performance yet increase bypass ratio as much as it can
f-119 bypass ratio ~0.2Did u mean smaller bypass ratio? There is no way the WS-15 has a higher bypass ratio than F135
