I have exactly 0 problems believing that the WS-15 program might have hit a problem (or ten) AGAIN, given the specifics at hand. We very well know that this is a very troubled, multi-decade spanning development program. With no easy end in sight, irregardless of what has been "rumoured" from time to time...for the last ten years at least.

The article discussed above though reads to me as a complete fabrication of sorts. Mainly due to the pointed conclusion it desperately wants to reach, regarding "superior" Russian tech transfer rumours.

I wouldn't really pay any attention to it. ;)
