The article said there will be 200-300 j20b eventually according to foreigner media's analysis, which means those numbers are basically bullshit.

You have reading issue. This magazine never said 200-300 this year. Read more carefully next time before criticizing others.
Isn't it quite likely now that the 5th gen carrier based fighter will be J-35, ie the naval version of FC-31?
As for twin seat J-20, the theory is this will be designed to work together with Dark Sword UAV, with the guy in the back in control of the UAVs assigned to the J-20.
