If the plane is travelling at speed and at low angles of attack, it would not be possible or usable. The computer would not allow it as it would damage and most likely rip the canards right off the plane if travelling at the right speed. If the J-20 had thrust vectoring, then it would be able to perform aerobatic moves and possibly deflect to almost 90 degrees like in the photo to reduce drag at high angles of attack whenever that is needed, like in this video

One interesting aspect is that J-20 has entered Golden Helmet sometime after 2021 and they are of course assigned to a separate fifth gen category where they face off against other J-20s. One of the pilots from the Wanghai Brigade won Golden Helmet 2022. But rumor has it that they got smoked badly in Golden Helmet 2023 because newer batch J-20 with WS-10C and upgraded radar/avionics are half a generation more advanced than the “legacy” J-20 operated by them. Guess they can turn the tide around once they get J-20A.

by virtue of this information is there a chance for older J20s to be at par with J20As
side by side they manufacture the newest J20s, any info what kind of newest radar are they
using in A version

Something else they say that's interesting is that the six pl-15s in one aircraft version is already in service
I think one of yankee's written pieces last year also talked about how newer J-20 batches had meaningfully more capable subsystems and upgrades compared to earlier batches which manifested in air combat exercises.
