At that range it might be stealthy to the radar but not to the eyes of the pilot

At that range the radar would see it no doubt. But like making a scale model of the solar system a degree of artistic license is needed.

Am I missing something here? Other than there is a picture with a J-20 there is nothing in the contents from the navalnews site that has anything to do with the J-20. A circular layout may look futuristic but the capabilities are drawn from its sensors not a layout in sitting arrangements. There is nothing in the article that even provide a clue of its potential capability.
