China can make engines no doubt

Can they build them in high numbers without losing on tolerances ?
Did you just forget about the entire land based Sino-flanker series? Their performance goes to show that the WS-10s can be mass produced with good quality control/reliability ... I don't see why the J-20 would be any different (especially with an upgraded WS-10 variant).

The WS10C is much different from WS10 used on Flankers

Batch 01 of J11B did not use WS10

We have some testing of WS10C on J20 same rule applys, can they scale them up for later batches of J20

WS-10C ????
Also reported by Henri K. I also don't understand the "C" designation ... maybe WS-10X = WS-10C?

Le moteur chinois WS-10C avec tuyère dentée aurait terminé sa qualification en vol avec succès. Il permettrait au J-20 d'atteindre "l'état A" selon certaines sources locales. A confirmer.

The Chinese WS-10C engine with toothed nozzle would have successfully completed its flight qualification. It would allow the J-20 to reach "state A" according to some local sources. To be confirmed.
