American defense establishment folks don't give a rat's ass whether you have vents or verts?? One of China's genius aerodynamicists designed the J-20, I just explained why he included the vent's, I think they are brilliant, but hey, I'm just an American Pilot? I prolly don't know jack about the air in China, cause its probably better too??
Well, consider when the J-31 came out we had Bill Sweetman cracking jokes about the Chinese having "fixed" the F-35. If a tailfinless J-20 with a stealthified rear came out, the US defense establishment would go through the usual FUD cycle: export salesmen for US defense equipment would downplay it, while Congress and the DoD would be screaming about a fighter gap and begging for more funding, even if blackops projects were already more advanced and capable.
In the physical world, I'd step aside to yield and bow to pay you back the respect.
In Chinese culture it is considered very rude for the young to take bow from seniors. My dad would spank me for that.

Do you really think anybody of note pays that much attention to Bill Sweetman!
Besides, I believe Bill Sweetman has likely been far more critical of the F-22, and really nasty about the F-35, so no he's no longer in anyones inner circle, and he's not necessarily on board with any five gens, kinda like that loser Pierre Sprey???

I can't help but wonder if the interior of the canards consist of different material than that of the exterior. Otherwise how can you explain the jagged trailing edges.
No. 6 kind of looks like chaff dispensers, like the sort on the J-20's tail stings. No. 7 looks more like formation lights.
