I'm sitting here on my desk while I need to prepare the Chemistry-exams for my pupils that will be written in January. I have to sign in my exams exactly on next Monday 8 o'clock ....

I really cannot work this way.

I have been in meetings all day today. I kept going to my phone to check out J-20 updates. All these awesome J-20 photos have been distracting me all day...

And guess what? I just got caught by the Chair of my department... the last meeting was a department faculty meeting. And I was checking out J-20 pics on my phone and our Chair sat down next to me... this was our conversation:

My Chair: " Hey, what you looking at?"

Me: "Huh...."

My Chair: "Oh! Awesome-looking planes!"

My Chair again: " man! You are so lame. I thought you were checking out porn..."

Me: "huh... yes sir...".

And I blame Deino and by78! How do you guys sleep at night?!

Ok, one more thing... This is a glimpse of the cockpit. You can make out the MFD between the pilot's legs.

Forget the MFD, check out the new HMD!

Ok, one more thing... This is a glimpse of the cockpit. You can make out the MFD between the pilot's legs.

Interesting; with a MFD in such a low position between the legs/knees I imagine there's not much room for the control stick in that same position.
I wonder if it was moved to the right in that case.

Also, it does seem like the helmet has a few extra dots and details that were not seen on previous helmets but I'm hesitant to say if it's new at this stage.

Just want to thank all the guys that have posted pictures from other websites, they are truly wonderful. And it is a beautiful looking aircraft, can not wait to see the videos when it appears at Zhuhai.

One thing that I observed with these lrip planes is, regardless of the angle, there is no visible golden canopy tint. That seems like a regression compared to the 2017 prototype?

Those are expensive, maybe the results did not justify the cost or possibly their more complex manufacture would prohibit timely production of aircraft??? just throwing out a couple of possibilities
