Seems to indicate not only the LRIP of J-20, but by slowing down, reducing the production capacity of J-10.
seems unlikely CAC would increase production of j10 for a few years then cut it back down. alternative theory: hangars and blast deflector area is testing area for newly produced planes. new models need more testing and more quality assurance than models that have been run in. images may show that j10b programme has exited the inital production period where there are more problems to appear and quality levels have stabilized so less testing is needed.
at the same time, j20 is entering initial production so it will need such facilities more.
