and I still can't predict all these numbers and changes, but I do feel that 2013-2015 were LRIP birds and have said so, 2016 and 2017 are litter-mates to 2101 and 2102?? so that now makes 10 birds in all, and that friends tells us that we are no doubt at a production standard. I would remind all that early F-22s were built in a very similar manner, and basically all "hand-built" one at a time, and that panels off of 1, would NOT fit on her litter mates, but had to be fabricated from scratch if they required replacement.
