Following a good suggestion by our Blitzo at the CDF ...

Does anyone have the time to compare each picture with those of 2011? :laugh:

Photos of different planes at different times will naturally replicate their positions at similar points on the airfield, to the extent where we remember this new photo as identical as a previous one (sans 201X of course), but there might be background bits which are different. Presence/orientation of a crane, thickness of trees, height of grass, position of people, different windows open, etc.

... I sat down and puzzled a bit this collage: ;)

To admit I found quite a few similar not exactly the same images showing both '2011' and now this mystery '2012' in the same position. However what You asked about grass, haouses and peaoples they are in fact different ... and the grass is much greener !

you guys are good at this, and I just thought I knew a little about photography, and no I don't have a good digital camera, it almost seems like cheating to an old 35mm guy, and yes I do still have 3 old Nikkormats????? They make good weapons if all else fails?????

xinhua recycles a lot of stuffs. It's not always real. PLA's own website is a different story

O.k. ... and what's Your opinion on that bird or the few images released so far ??? :confused:
