I don't think so.

The JF-17 is preparing to land, and the J-20 is parked north of the runway. Nothing looks out of place to me.

The JF-17 has the PAF insignia. Would the PLA allow a foreign plane and potentially a foreign pilot that close to their top-secret J-20?

This is the airfield right next to the Chengdu factory, where they manufacturer JF-17s for Pakistan. Before JF-17s are delivered to end users, they must be test flown.

The JF17 is probably still being tested by the Chinese test pilots. Even if it is active JF17 with Pakistani pilots, it won't make a difference. You can't get much out of a plane by just looking at it. For a plane as secretive as the F22, it's on display all the time. People even take in-depth pics of engines from behind or intake from the front. That doesn't mean you can find out secrets about it.
Everything's internal. You have to look at blueprints.

10-115 was delivered (2010 ) long before the latest J-20, and the F-17 from number 9 on ward are assembled at PAC. Thus am not 100% sure if they go all the way to Chengdu before handing off or if the hand off ceremony is not applied as its a local assembly.

Now some of those have to be official photographs because we haven't seen pics from the chase plane until now.

This might be a significant week for stuff we haven't seen before since Obama's in Asia on his containment of China tour.

By that pic you can see the fuselage around the engines has been trimmed. It narrows after the weapons bay. If you look at the underside of the first two prototypes, they actually look fat compared to this one.
