Not really. If there was such an engine, people will just design and program missiles to homing in on the highly focused extreme cold signature instead and plane would be dropping ice cubes as decoys.

anyways, are there any correlations between heat and the amount of thrust coming out of it? physics wasn't my major sorry.
and i also am concerned that the attempt to reduce the heat would only mean expending energy further.
