J-15T is going to have most efficient WS-10 variant.. already mog J-16 in electronics and avionics.Speaking of which, we might get the WS-10H (upgraded to ver. 2) after all, potentially to WS-10D/B-3 standard (I hope they use the same nozzles):

This might explain the quite generous amount of time it's taking, due to multiple redesigns to bring it up to current WS-10 standards.
