My guess it multi tasking along with hand and eye coordination skills under pressure.
It is a promotional video to recruit young people to "join the people, who've joined the Army" to steal a little song blurb from several years ago. The US has lots of recruitment videos, to encourage smart, athletic, tough young people to put their talents to the test.

Indeed, I'm learning Chinese, but it's very elementary. Except for CJDBY I don't know other Chinese sources (and even if I knew them, I'd struggling for ever to understand it).
