@伏尔戈星图 also specifically mentioned "海太行", or "Sea-Taihang". So I believe that's definitely referring to the WS-10(H?)s meant for the upgraded/re-engined J-15s.

A J-15B in flight, alongside what appears to be the "Flying Shark" logo painted on its vertical stabilizer. Could be indicative that at least few J-15Bs are already in use by some units.
