Given how j15d already did not have a pitot, given how j15 don't have them and given that this 03 batch is coming basically a decade after the first j15, I would say chances still are that the regular, in service batch 03 planes will not have the nose pitot. It makes sense to include structural changes in the design after a decade. Just like j16 included them compared to j11b. Let alone j10a to j10a. And as said, j15d already may have been an indication that some of the structural changes pertaining to pitot have already been developed.
Of course, we still have to see an in service plane. If those do have a pitot probe then it's going to be settled.

Unfortunately we don't have a good part of the nose landing gear, which is of interest to confirm if it lacks or is catapult compatible or not.

Are those fueling pipes?
If so, it may indicate that a few batch 3 airframes have already flown.
Those look like they go to the ventral side of the aircraft, with multiple tubes. I don't think they're for refuelling, but then again I don't actually know where they exactly refuel on a Flanker.
That said if the overall batch 3 J-15 production has been going on for months now then chances are some have already flown.
Given how limited our updates of SAC have been over the years, lots of milestones could have been made without us knowing about it.
