Do the starting systems 001 and 002 really affect the performance of the J-15? The deck height of 001 and 002 is about 16m from the waterline, the high point of the ski jump is about 22m, and the Soviet Navy has a minimum safety altitude of 20m for Su-33 in Kuznetsov of the same type. Demonstrated by legendary Soviet aviator Pugachov, takeoff weight of 30.5㌧ at 105m departure and landing point within a safe range with headwind of 25㌩

He had taken off at a bow of 105m or more at a landing point of 32m or more, but climbed up after flying a ski jump, but the bottom point fell below 20m altitude. In other words, when the head wind is 25㌩, the maximum take-off weight of 30.5㌧ can be used at the point of departure and landing at the bow of 105m. The J-15 will be equipped with an anti-aircraft 8MRAAM + 4SRAAM, full fuel and takeoff weight of 30.5 kg, with a cruising range of 3000 km.

(Continued) Operational radius is 1280㎞. In the case of ground, the same take-off weight, 105m launch, 2MRAAM + 4SRAAM + 3YJ-91 anti-radar / KD-88 anti-ground / YJ-83K anti-ship mounting plan, the cruising distance is 3000km, and the operation radius is 1250/1280. Using the 195m landing point at the rear, which partially crosses the landing runway, the maximum takeoff weight increases to 35kg with a headwind of 0㌩.

This assumes very thin/null safety margins.
I doubt the real number will anywhere close to this.

For normal operation take 1,3 times more speed or (if not possible due to maximum value over the ramp) 0,85 times less weight. Test pilots evalue the limit (that is their job and they are qualified to do this), line pilots fly safe.

[30 * 0,85 = 25,5]

You mean the most common or routine number. Not the limits. I presume these are the limits. This is not something they will go routinely or often. But once in a while, as part of their training or being in the military, they should and will go past playing safe and past the routine load out to test and reach the limits. This is especially if the ship and the planes are doing testing. You cannot avoid the need to see how far you can go and train for it should the situation arise that you will need it. I presume the spotted J-15 022's layout of having two KD88, two YJ-91 and two PL-8 is one of those tests. That layout doesn't make tactical sense, unless they are deliberately loading the plane to see how far they can go, the KD88s might be there to mimic the weight of EW pods.

or J15 is a failed project and PLAN is not planning having any more of these white elephants ?

Nah! the J-15 is an amazing bird, its just that with only two carriers, once CV-17 launches, CV-16 will likely go in for an extensive retro-fit, sharing her air wing during that period.... in fact the next J-15 will likely be CATOBAR birds, capable of launching of CV-16 and CV-17 as well, but we will wait and see......

In fact as the CATOBAR carriers come on line, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see the ramp boats typically operate a dozen J-15's apiece...

Wouldn't call the J-15 an "amazing bird". Sub-part in many ways compared to foreign planes, and that's only when it does a succesfull take off. But that's really not the subject !
