I would like to know why this useless poster is allowed to call me "Iron woMan" and "James Bond wanna be" and get away with it, even though he has already been warned about being banned for his insults?

You cannot complain about a member who has been warned, asking moderators to respond by sinulting that member yourself. So now you, like he did, are receiving a warning about insulting.

He has not gotten a two week suspension. If you insult again, you will get the same.

..carrying two YJ 83K antiship missiles [AShM] can sink a 1000-2000 ton light warships, disable a 3000-4000 ton warship & cause hell a lot of damages to 5000-7000 ton destroyers..the YJ 83K has the world's unique long-range planning ballistic attack mode, can be scheduled to go through a specific location, and maneuves multiple turns to attack the enemy ship...
