Nah Pakistan has been using "omnirole" instead of "multirole" for a while now. I first noticed it after they release that fan fair video after receiving the initial batch. They just using it to get back at India for using Rafale, basically saying "we have omnirole aircraft too"British English and American English, I think. The Rafale is referred to as an "omnirole" aircraft by Dassault.
