The first two should be provided by the seller, and NK doesn't lack (3).
Well, they have Mig-29s, which they not just maintained through decades of embargoes, but even managed to thoroughly upgrade on their own.
And, frankly speaking, I'd argue that their tech level in many visible aspects is at least comparable to early 2000s China(i.e. J-10A).
Tech level=that they themselves can produce, not just maintain.

do we know if J-10CE also came with HMDs export? pretty sure F16 HMDs aren't going to be compatible
Man, so Pakistan has J-10 and F-16? The best of both worlds!
Would be nice if J10CP is equipped with GB-1000 PGM. So far, it looks like J-10C is only seen with two 500kg class PGM
