Oh come on ... there is NO chance to get "J10C with TVC WS10B"! That's really simply ridiculous to think and at best the lowest PDF-fan-boy-level.
Technically yes if you throw money at chengdu. But I honestly think the Pakistani wouldnt want to go down the same path as the half baked tvc that's the MKi.

Why would you need tvc. I would want reliable and engine with acceptable service intervals. You don't want to get into wvr fights with MKi and rafales anyway. Just get an early detection, lock and launch using pl15e.

agreed but you have to remember Pakistan has very little “strategic depth”

due to this a long range AAM taking out a AWACS 100s of km away is unlikely

so dogfighting is still very much on in the subcontinent

therefore J10C equipped with both top of the line Chinese short and long range for WVR and BVR is great option

even better any future engagements can be mix of J10C top cover and JF17 Block III low cover like we did 27th Feb but top cover was F16 C/D Block 52+

J10C is a perfect choice from every angle for the PAF and always has been

can’t wait to see a March fly past with J10C flanked by 2 x JF17 III

The other massive potential benefit of the PAF getting J10s is that it gives China a lot more options to covertly assist Pakistan in any future war against India.

Chinese AWACS and fighters can flying right along the boarder and provide guidance and even targeting data to Pakistani pilots and just dare India to try something and start a two front war.

Pakistani J10s could fly across the boarder into China to be refuelled and re-armed to get back into the fight if their home airbase has been temporarily taken out.

Fresh J10s could be delivered from China and be combat ready as soon as a PAF pilot gets into the cockpit.

Hell, entire PLAAF regiments could deploy into Pakistan and fight directly after a fresh coat of paint

Wouldn't PAF planes refueling/rearming in Chinese territory provoke a war with India? Seems like a bad idea.

On December 10, a brigade of the Air Force in the southern theater organized a live ammunition drill to practice long-range raids and precision strike capabilities. Fighters carried out live ammunition attacks on ground targets. (Photographic report by Wu Gaoming and Hu Zhihao)

If India wants to fight both Pakistan and China at the same time, China will be more than happy to oblige.

The tactical utility of rearming and refuelling PAF fighters (which can be J10s or JF17s) is not game changing, but the political messaging would be. As it’s China telling India that it is willing to do what is necessary to support Pakistan, up to and including direct war with India.
