Ähhhm??? R-73?? That's an ACMI-pod for recording telemetry data during exercises based on a PL-8 body.

I thought it looked like one of those R-73 dummies they use for practice and often seen with Flankers, and the ACMI pods still have the rear PL-8 fins in them and are blue. Maybe bad memory. Will correct or update the database.

No, those blue PL-8 bodies with the fins attached are indeed only PL-8 training rounds. The AMCI pod looks like this:

Left wing is a PL-10 and right wing has that pod attached.
