Captain
But these are J-10B.

Yup, your right. I thought those were VLOC antennae on the tail but closer look its not and the rear UV-MAWS are visible. So these are J-10B.

So far we have seen PL-15 arming J-10C and J-16. J-10B is seen with the PL-10 + PL-12 combo but this must be the 1st hint that it is J-10B PL-15 ready.

I remember during an F-22 documentary, one of the maintenance crews said "The pilot may fly the darn thing but the true intimate friends of the plane is the maintenance crew. The plane belongs to them not the jock who flies it" :D:D:D

actually not entirely true, I've worked on lots of airplanes that would scare the "krap" out of me to fly???

I worked on a Mitsubishi MU-2, that I also flew from the right seat with my friend Ted,,, that chick was a dangerous little B to fly, as my buddy Ted, died alone in her about two weeks after the last time I flew with him...

If you doubt me, the Bird was N271MA, check out the NTSB report from November of 1988,,, I flew it in rain, and ice, and yes, I was scared. I then hand flew it from KC downtown to IJX and it was a piece of cake.

So while aircraft maintenance can be dangerous?, especially if you don't follow safety precautions? like that lad "straddling" the maintenance stand and reaching across and standing on the aircraft?? flying that baby at night in bad weather?? well lets just say it takes a LOT MORE STONES! Heh! Heh!
