J-10 have always had its gun beneath the intake, it seems the gun position hasnt changed at all from J-10A to J-10B.

This is apparently the J-10B 03. It is making its first flight. So, 01 is the one that we've seen so far in all the pictures. 02 is the one doing static testing.

static means not moving. So static tests means they don't fly the aircraft, all testing is done on the ground. They might try to see how it reacts to different forces on the wings and weights on the pylons, etc...

I'm not sure whether this is an actual J10 crashing or whether it's a video of another Delta-winged plane with canards.

Huitong has changed his entry again back to PESA.

Honestly, I don't understand why would someone be going for a PESA radar when everyone else is going for AESA unless a chinese AESA is a far dream.

Yup...Just checked it myself....

Its back to PESA (of Russian origin?)...:confused:

But simply none of us outside of the loop know what exactly the J-10B is equipped with. Heck... we still don't know the exact specs of J-10A. Has the PLAAF officially ever shown the J-10A RADAR or at least give away some of the system details? :confused:
