...but why do you believe it's psed?

I see. But the blurred background may not be psed though, it's normal when you use telelens and when the aperture is opend large.

Now that I am at it, and as one learns all the time, 14 Div - 41 Regt at Jiujiang flies J-7E (not H). Both 14 Div J-7 regts are J-7E, then, and a total of 8 J-7E regts in the Air Force (plus the J-7EH one in the Navy).

P.S. Plus (did I write that before?) J-8 regiments are 28 planes (except Navy: 26)

Sorry, again me and even if I was wrong this morning, ... where do You read "was developed" ???
Both - Huitong and Bltizo - said clearly "might be developed", which is a very big difference.

Deino

He changed his blog; I originally read it as "was developed". But anyhow, I'm surprised that he did not put "rumored to be under development", suggesting that if real, it was developed either as a competitor or an export variant.

We know so little about it it would be misleading to suggest anything else apart from the fact that something like a further upgraded J-10 might be under development.

Nice drawing, looks like a J-10B with J-20's all moving tails.

However I can't help but wonder just what kind of modifications "J-10C" could have. J-10B already pushes the A's airframe to the limit I think, size wise and a semi stealthy J-10C should at least be a bit bigger. Expand the wing a little maybe like F-16XL, add wing tip hard points maybe.
