Saudis just upgraded their F-15S to use GE F110-129C, were originally F100-229s

The requirements were WS-10 and AL31 to have roughly the same foot print.

NIIP N001, the best russian got at the time for Su-27SK.

That exercise is not realistic... It will never be that smoky in a real life dogfight.

Well I don't know if it's real but it wouldn't be smoke, it would be vapor trails. Not sure what altitude it happens but it does occur when you get to a certain window of altitude.

I'm not sure if smoke can last that long in the sky, but have you ever thought that the photo is simply PSed?

I don't know, on a cold (snow on the mountain tops) crisp morning, vapor trails can hang around a long time.

If this is a PS, the guy doing it knows a thing or two about air combat as you can clearly trace the path of the two dogfighting planes and it looks like authentic dogfighting maneuvers.

A dog fight lasts a few minutes. Vapor trails sometimes hang around for a quarter of an hour or even longer.
