None that I've seen, and I don't think there'll be much concrete reporting on it anytime soon. Last figure I remember was ~30 children death from malnutrition from Save the Children but I doubted that figure even then. That was months ago.

With the general breakdown of society I doubt there is any reliable figures.
In theory a census can be carried out and excess deaths be calculated once a lasting ceasefire is established. But there's a good chance Israel won't allow a ceasefire without also creating a mass exodus (For humanitarian reasons, obviously.); making any calculation nigh impossible - allowing them to hide the scope of their crimes.
Let them obliterate their economies. The world is a better place with them weakened.

It would be hilarious if one of the accidental casualties of this war are all the western anti-China bot farm accounts that gets banned when Twitter cotton onto the fact people are just substituting Israel with China in their tweets and adjust their ban hammer accordingly.
