"Surgical" and there are at least three areas of "concentrated fire" where they "layered" them, these area's are now below street level... and not to many trees were actually harmed in the making of this picture, LOL!

french airmen did not fire;
french seamen: one missile failed upon take-off;
the two chemical objects (red circles) targeted with 30 missile, seven intercepted (which is more consistent with the picture damage);
russian awacs and some fighters were in the air to control the situation;
both CJCS and prime minister of france called moscow before the action;
backfires flew to Iran to be ready for local support against sea targets.
MoD Shoigu is expected to hold a press-conference tomorrow.

Actually AFB, if you watch the reportage from the site being broadcast on news bulletins today, you will see quite clearly that ground level is in fact ground level and no evidence of any infill below ground level of any sort. Not even a Car Park!
