Top photo has been around since at least 2015 and shows a civilian with Huntec body armor.
Apparently not Huntec (which is based in Beijing), after some searching it is a company called 甲胄战术装备 (based in Hunan) roughly translates to “Tactical Body-armor equipment".

Do you have the link to these videos so I can have a look at them? Thanks!
Sure no problem, I found the original video. It is a show from 2016 called "Dialogue", in this episode they are showing some applications of graphene with a panel of researchers. Reportedly graphene is also being researched for vehicle armor. I took the second picture off a news site.

@13:17, graphene infused gloves enable the wearer to grip a blade. It is similar to a light gardener's glove in appearance. @15:28 graphene infused body armor insert.

SWAT from different cities across China. Some cities on occasion invite instructors from HK SWAT. China spends quite a bit of money on internal security, allegedly more than on the PLA which focuses mainly on more destructive weapons rather than tactical equipment. That might change under Xi Jinping's restructuring. There are plenty of tv shows about SWAT competitions in China.

Is it just me or do their special forces and SWAT groups get their individual gear sourced from the same supplier (I think it's Huntec)? They have the same type of Ops-Core-style helmets, same body armor/vests, and even the same color schemes.

The individual gear of SWAT and special forces does seem to share resemblance. If I remember correctly, there are many private firms developing tactical gear in China, some just promote publicly better than others like HUNTEC with their videos and some just promote B2B. Internal security equipment sourcing is very decentralized and market oriented, each department source their own equipment according to needs. The PLA on the other hand was much less market orientated in its equipment sourcing. That is set to change to a certain degree and already is happening with China's newest weapons using many civilian suppliers. One of the goals is "military-civilian" integration, so expect more market orientation in equipment sourcing for the PLA in the near future.

Here we see in the back ground individual infantry radar (on tripod) and tactical vest.

China had developed "graphene enhanced" armour inserts a few years back. These inserts are enhanced with small amounts of graphene additives to increase fibre strength, elasticity and impact resistance, increasing protection from pistol rounds to 7.62 mm x 39 mm rifle rounds, able to sustain multiple hits. Unlike ceramic/steel plates used in high level protection body armor, these inserts are much lighter in weight.
No wonder the US military finally getting serious with looking for the new caliber...

Might have two strings on the bow?For example, develop 7.62×51mm tungsten shell and start mass-dispensing .338 shell at the same time......

It is composed of just trace amounts of graphene additives on traditional kevlar fibers (a firm from Qingdao makes these among others), the manufacturing process is nearly identitcal to kevlar inserts, not nanotubes or larger pieces/sheets of graphene yet.

You sure that isn't Taiwanese? Looks like an AR-type rifle.
Looks like its from the mainland, though that does look like an AR rifle.

Clues:
  • It's the military and farming channel.
  • PLA uniform/camo
  • National defence university
Its a defence university and part of the education is learning about the developments of other militaries and experiencing weapons/equipment from other nations.
