With what budget and from where? Will those also have the communication capabilities of the digital nods and if so, what's the price? Your post sounds like something taken straight out of reddit.
From the almost 300 million budget

From the almost 300 million budget
With almost 3+ million troops with all kinds of needs. Are you gonna spend that little amount on giving a few guys some night vision thinking they will win the war? This ain't Hollywood. The PLA knows that there are an infinite number of things more important than giving a few troops gucci gear. It's called priorities.

That's why investing in useless cloth wrappings and horrible pistol holsters to your chest that is proven to be the worst design for non aircraft men, and pointless fake models in their photoshoots.

While I agree, I have never said anything regarding those for two simple reasons. Those aren't standard and more importantly, they are cheap as hell. Compare that to a gen 3+ night vision, the price difference is astronomical.

Instead of trying to copy the US tat for tat, think of the constraints of the PLA and their needs. Some of the stuff you want is only luxury things that should not be prioritized. Maybe in 10-20 years from today when our economy doubles that of the US then you can say all these and I will agree. Until then, the PLAGF is bounded by a limited budget.

I'm out of the loop here, what's wrong with the boots?
Retarded zipper boot design combined with exceedingly poor durability. Do a quick search on Chinese platforms and you'll see dozens of videos showing burst zippers and delaminating soles after just a couple weeks of field use. This is the current newest standard issue boot for the PLA btw
