I’m curious, is there any online store where standard issue PLA equipment can be bought? By that I mean the boots, the belts, the caps, tunics, pants, etc. I would assume that there is some law that makes selling such items officially illegal, but I’ve seen some items labeled as military uniforms for sale on AliExpress that look similar (at least from what I can tell) to PLA uniforms.
Technically the PLA doesn't release genuine article into the market (i.e. no surplus), to the point they'd recycle old uniform fabric into other items.

That being said, most are replica but that depends on the quality of the ware.

Main issue for me is exporting anything in the type 19/21 pattern. So many sellers refuse to even talk to me once they realize im not in country. Yet of the stuff i managed to ship out ive never had any issues.

I've got a frog suit (and a pair of boots) from aliexpress, and if they're repros they're pretty close to the real ones. Same buttons, same reinforced groin area on the pants, they've got the same tag as the ones Papppi shared here except mine says 21 instead of 19, and they've got a factory number as well. Was only 60 bucks or so for a set, so idk.

Seeing how both Russian and Ukrainian civilians are buying commercial equipment to be sent to their soldiers, do you think in war PLA will allow Chinese civilians to send commercial equipment like the one from Blood Wing to soldiers with their own money?

I don't think China has a money problem to need civilian donations and another point is that troop equipment would still be of low importance in war contributions. I see no point in doing something like this, especially on the scale of a war that China would have.

PLAGF always get the least funding and they often too conservative about equipment, we still seeing soldiers wearing old style helmets and QBZ-95-1 without rail and optics. If a group of civilian volunteers want to send FAST style helmets, Longbow rails and Holosun optics to soldiers to upgrade their equipment with why shouldn't they?

Because it's a waste of money that barely contributes to the war? Not to mention if was does start, the higher-ups will initiate a war economy and most troops and fresh incoming troops will get the standard gear which already includes everything you've mentioned. We aren't ukraine or Russia. The only reason why our troops haven't all been equipped with the latest stuff is half that we aren't at war and the other half the other members here already mentioned.

If civilians want to help the troops then they should join the work force to make weapons and gear or just simply just join the military.

Based on the Telegram and Twitter feeds, Russians have to do it because their military industrial production generally speaking is lacking. In addition, due to their land border with Ukraine, PPE equipment can easily be transported by any ground based vehicle. Given the terrain of the future battlefields the Chinese would find themselves in and the massive industrial capacity of the Chinese MIC, civilian donations of equipment would be too costly supply-chain wise to ship to the grunts, and there would be no need for them to begin with.

The PLAGF seems to be strict on how the soldiers are equipped. Some US Army and USMC units allow privately purchased equipment while the ADF has Diggerworks which allows Army equipment to keep up with current trends and greater customisation.

Not to mention vetting the sent gear for tampered items
