Actually I've noticed that in addition to rarely wearing body armour in photoshoots, I've also rarely seen PLA troops wear ear protection other than special forces, is headset/ear protection provided to run of the mill Infantry at all?
Infantry Combat Equipment (non-firearm): Vests, Body Armor, NVGs, etc.

you have no idea that autism of Chinese milsim cloners, there's gear you can find on aliexpress and jingdong that are 1:1 replicas of gear typically used by the military here. Not just 1:1 on looks but quality too if you can find them.

The first photo features a LeiShen commando and I believe the second photo shows an air assault trooper. Both of them are definitely not your average infantryman.Airborne troops have been spotted using them
