From what I am seeing that is none other than a Wrist phone holder, while their phones has an Smart Terminals Interface App which could possess a security risk and danger for their terminal interface network. I might be wrong but from the looks of it its nothing substantialSmart terminals developed by the National University of Defense Technology.
Why are they using a Samsung phone?
