It was Mao and then Deng which transformed China. Mao politically and Deng economically. If one of them was missing then China wouldnt be what it is now.

IMO India needs its own Mao

I've used boAt and its actually good quality at an affordable price. This kinda surprised me as its an Indian Brand. But then i read the end of the article.


No wonder they've managed to balance both quality and costs. Impossible to do so in India.

I wonder how they compare to Bose and Ankers.

Bose is probably in a different price/brand segment.

Bose is of a premium segment. boAt caters to the lower price segment (most of their products are below $80).

I know an entrepreneur in NYC that did the same thing that made a fortune. I would not call his company a NYC manufacturer though.
