Note: It’s an old map so some new railway tracks which have been built recently are not added

Lol. The designer of the India expansion (Alan R. Moon) made it such that the India board game always clogs up after a few rounds.

A sad but true reflection of reality.

My point was that india has laid much bigger and difficult railway tracks than what’s needed to connect Delhi to Singapore Distance between Guwahati and Singapore is 4000 kilometers only and the terrain is much easy compared to India’s north east or Laddakh

Didn't you say already 100% electrified ? ;) , but from the map you provided (not sure the source), only a small part are electrified

did u meant electrified in 50 yrs?

Even China or the US don't have 100% electrified

China has 75% electrified in 2016 and I expect 80-90% this year

So 80% electrified on a new line (broad gauge) ... your statement is so bombastic without any backup or truth

I am done with this thread, just wasting my time
All tracks in India are broad gauge

Indian Railways has achieved electrification of 52,247 Route Kilometers (RKM) out of 65,414 RKM

And the rest 20% should get electrified by 2023
Read the statement released by Ministry of railways when they say 80% it means 80%
