I have a UCAV coming in next week. Based off the Baracuda and with Global hawk features. Will use this same post.

And here it is:

Very cool! I like how you've aligned the lower fuselage and wings.

Here's one influenced by the Flanker. It doesn't meet my own ideal of being cheap so I won't work it up beyond this sketch but there are some design features I might carry forward.

I think I am going to cut out that fin and instead give the plane a delta wing now. I don't think the fin is needed since with this shape, the plane will probably find its center of gravity and manuver accordingly.

Here, looks like arocket fromt he top though.

My virgin design: a jet helecopter with 3 engines, the rear engine has a TVC nozzle, while the two front engines can rotate for vertical flight.

PS. I still have problem with image posting, and can't find any help in the forum. would anybody pls help out on this matter pls.

Thanks Golly, instead of posting a new post, I edit my old one. One more question pls, which site is good for hosting images?

well in brief, there is different symbols atop the space where you wrote down your post...One yellow, whit some sort of "mountains" or simple triangels is the one you need to clikc. Then there should arrise internet exploder bar or something to paste the url addres of the pic you want to post...

there should be more clearler instructions in somewhere....

Thread's got to go on!
Here's a Fighter Bomber I made with that flat look the Germans have been using.
Instead of TVC, the tail has flaps right behind the exhaust to improve pitching performance. (For upward movement only. No one really would dive in such a way to require special flaps anyway.) I don't recommend using these flaps as air brakes or buckets though.

How cheap can this advance fighter(J-xxx candidate? :D ) get? It's a blend with Flanker tail, Double-Delta, Fulcrum fin, (bad?)DSI, and some F-22 influence. Contains stealth pods when needed. VTOL capable (But you can definitely remove the side nozzles. They should improve performance greatly though.)

Don't know how to slope the side well though.

Hey, Planeman, what program do you use to create your aircraft designs?

Cool drawings. The vertical sides would give it a huge RCS from the side though - think of a mirror; if it is flat to you you see your reflection, but if it is canted away you don't see your own reflection (because the light is deflected).

The right angles such as the wing-fuselage and tail fins-fuselage etc would also act to INCREASE the RCS because they act as a "corner reflector".

Never thought of corner reflectors...............(Now those really messed it up.......)

What software did you use to create your designs?
