Not to mention funny enough that given that this is France and the fact that it’s future is looking grim without all that cheap energy from Africa and Russia and that they need China more then ever for economic reasons, these protests would be added incentive for Xi to regard them as a lost cause should push come to shove. Besides, the whole Tibet thing means nothing if they cannot get anything started in Tibet to begin with, I means it’s in literally half way across the planet and everyone knows it when most of those members are not even true Tibetans anyways, most of them are western looking for trouble
